This page explains how to pay for your Sorqela™ gardening essentials and where to find assistance with payment questions.

Purchases are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Before confirming payment, review the items, shipping charge, any applicable taxes, and final order total shown at checkout.

Select PayPal from the available checkout methods to continue through PayPal’s payment process.

Depending on the options PayPal presents, you may:

• Sign in to an existing PayPal account and select your preferred funding method
• Use a debit or credit card through guest checkout, if that option is available

PayPal determines guest checkout availability based on factors such as your location and transaction eligibility. Paying without an account may therefore not be available for every purchase.

Review the amount and payment details before authorizing the transaction. After completing payment, follow the prompts to return to Sorqela™.

You may also pay using the credit or debit card options displayed at checkout. Accepted card types depend on the payment provider and your location.

Please note:

• Enter your card details and billing address accurately to help avoid authorization problems
• Your bank may require an additional verification step before approving payment
• If your card account uses a currency other than USD, your bank or payment provider may apply an exchange rate or additional fees

Payment providers handle card processing. We do not store your full card number or card security code.

If a payment is declined, check your billing details and contact your card issuer for information about the authorization. If you are unsure whether a payment succeeded, check for an order confirmation or contact us before attempting another purchase.

Checkout uses encrypted connections to transmit payment information to the relevant payment provider. Additional security checks may be requested by your bank or provider.
